Note that each MASCOTS 2009 registration includes free registration for PASM.

 

Authors

Each paper (extended/regular/poster) must have at least one author who has paid an ‘Author’ registration fee (see below).  For Authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for up to two of their own papers. The Author registration fee is equivalent to the full (Member/Non-member) fee, with the exception of students who are presenting ONLY posters, for whom there is a special reduced rate. 

In order to guarantee that your paper will appear in the hard copy of the proceedings, you should register before August 1st. Author registrations can appear after this date, but we cannot then guarantee that the accompanying paper will appear in hard copy; it will, however, be published by IEEE Xplore.  Papers for which there is no Author registration at all will not be published as part of MASCOTS 2009.

 

Extra pages for posters and extended papers are charged at $100 per page, payable as part of the associated Author registration.

The deadline for early registrations is August 21st.  In all cases below ‘Late’ means after August 21st.
